This post is going to be in English… because it’s part of the Shimelle workshop My Freedom. Today’s prompt is about necessities for travel. My necessities depend on where I’m going. I am going on my honeymoon in the near future… Besides the obvious (clothes, toiletries, passport) I certainly need:

• A bottle of water
• My toilet bag with hook (not unlike this one)
• Disposable washing gloves
• Camera
• Pen + paper
• A book and/or magazine(s)
• Flat shoes or sneakers
• Tablets to prevent/treat motion sickness (Primatour)
• Anti-bacterial lotion

We are going on a city trip to Dublin, so we just have to wait and see what the weather is going to be like. If it is going to be really sunny, I’ll also need:

• Gel to sooth sun allergy (Zonneblaasjesgel van Kruidvat)
• Sunglasses

I wish this could be all, because then I would really travel light. I will try, but I know that by the time we leave our house I have a bag or a suitcase full of other stuff I think I need to take with me…
