And here is what I did with Canvas Corp and myStamp BOX‘s products:
These two started off as Canvas Corp Canvas Shapes: a Triangle and a Star. I thought it would be fun to stuff them… so I did! For the tree I stamped and embossed a few myStamp BOX Funky Circles with clear embossing powder and then I sprayed the canvas with green shades of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and Ranger Color Wash.
Once that was dry, I stamped a few myStamp BOX Funky Flowers with red ink and I took the swirl shape from the same set and I used Stampendous Stamp n’ Bond to adhere blue glitter to the image. Next I coated the triangle shape with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam Chandelier. This made everything sparkle, but it also made the stamped images blend into the background. So I decided to stamp some more Funky Flowers and I added red flock to these.
The little tree trunk was sewn from a scrap of fabric. I covered it with Glimmer Glam Chandelier and stamped the trunk with the burlap trim from the myStamp BOX Repeat after Me set. I stuffed the tree and glued the trunk to the tree shape with fabric glue.
To finish it off I stamped and embossed two gold stars from the myStamp BOX Back to the Basics set onto a Canvas Corp Kraft ATC, sprayed them with Glimmer Mist and glued them back-to-back onto the tree top. The Canvas Corp Twisted Rope was covered with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam Golden Goddess and finally I adhered a few red crystals to the tree.
The Canvas Corp Chalkstock Triangle Tags & Ties are great to use as a gift tag! For these tags I took the myStamp BOX Let it Snow! and Itty Bittys sets and stamped the images with StazOn Metallic Silver. I love how these turned out: simple, yet elegant!
And finally I had to create something just for me… I love these Canvas Corp Mini Hearts and they are perfect to add to a scrapbook lay out, a card or to decorate with. They are in my craft room right now, hanging from a few Canvas Corp Mini Clothespins (white and natural) and piece of Canvas Corp Twisted Rope, but… I think I see one of these hearts dangling from my hand bag in the near future :-).
I stamped the Mini Hearts with images from the myStamp BOX sets Colorful Companions and Road Trip. I used black StazOn for this, so I could colour the images with Letraset Promarkers. I added a few splashes of Tattered Angels Chalkboard Mist too and I sprayed the Twisted Rope with Glimmer Mist Dragonfly.
