Marsha Valk | StencilGirl® Column: Themed Monoprints

There’s a new column up on the StencilGirl® Talk blog!

In it, I share a video of me creating these monoprints inspired by the film ‘Isle of Dogs’, a Van Gogh exhibition and a couple of recent personal projects, using StencilGirl® Product stencils designed by Mary Beth Shaw, Nathalie Kalbach, Carol Wiebe, Daniella Woolf, Andrew Borloz and Rae Missigman.

Go to the StencilGirl® Talk Blog to read the column and to see the complete list of stencils, masks and materials used!

Have a wonderful week!

It’s my turn on the n*Studio blog today! Which means that it’s time to share last month’s project with you here!

My Fire Burns Bright

Last month the n*Studio Creative Squad was asked to create with Nat’s City Streets Art Foamies and tell about something that makes our creative fire burn brightly.

I told about Creative JumpStart and how I discovered Mystele Kirkeeng last year. I’m super stoked she’s back again this year and… her video went up yesterday!

Marsha Valk | n*Studio: Coffee Filter Flowers

Just in case you missed it: it was my turn on the n*Studio blog last week! Which means that it’s time to share last month’s project with you here!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Last month the n*Studio Creative Squad used what we already had, in an attempt to make our carbon footprint just a tiny bit smaller.

I recycled a recent project idea and shared another take on my Gelli Arts® Gel Printed Coffee Filter Flowers. These are so much fun to make!

StencilGirl® Products | Guest Designer

Marsha Valk | StencilGirl Products: Accordion FoldI’m super honoured and excited to tell you that StencilGirl® Products has invited me to guest post on their blog!

As you know, I use the stencils Nathalie Kalbach designed for StencilGirl® all the time, and I’m a big fan of the product as well as the designs!

StencilGirl® Products has a huge team of artists working with them, and there is an extensive collection of fab StencilGirl® designs available.

I got to pick three new (to me) stencils to play with for my guest post.

It was super hard, but I seriously love the ones I chose, and they go really well with the Nathalie Kalbach designs I already had!

Want to see which ones I picked? Click on the photo to go to the corresponding blog post on StencilGirl® Talk!

Enjoy your day!
