StencilGirl® Products & Resketch Color Journal Collaboration

Marsha Valk | StencilGirl®: Resketch Collab Journal

Marsha Valk | StencilGirl®: Resketch Collab JournalHi there! I’ve got a special post for you today!

In February and March I worked my way through a wonderful little Resketch journal as part of the StencilGirl® Products & Resketch Color Collaboration organised by StencilGirl® columnist Tina Walker.

For this collaboration, all of the participants received a journal gifted by Resketch. I chose the 3.5 x 5-inch journal.

To fill the journal we were only allowed to use ONE colour + black and white. I chose ultramarine.

And, as this was a collab for the StencilGirl® Talk Blog, the only stencils we were allowed to use were stencils by StencilGirl® Products. All of the other materials I used were my own choice.

Watch the video above for a quick flip through of the journal!

Please note that the journal featured in this post was gifted to me by Resketch. I’m also a columnist for the StencilGirl® Talk Blog, so though I did not receive any compensation for participating in this collaboration, the majority of the stencils I used to fill the pages were previously given to me or purchased with a discount!

n*Studio | Pattern Lovers Love Patterns

Marsha Valk | n*Studio: Pattern Lovers Love Patterns

It’s my turn on the n*Studio blog today! Which means that it’s time to share last month’s project with you here!

Pattern Lovers Love Patterns

Last month the n*Studio Creative Squad assignment was to play with pattern, in my case using Nathalie’s Santiago Stencil and the Embroidery Stamp Set!

And because Harold and I were redecorating the living room, I thought I’d alter a couple of plain white tiles so we can use them as coasters.

Read the how-to in this post on Nathalie’s blog: Pattern Lovers Love Patterns – Marsha Valk.

Curious about my project for July? Head on over here: Free For All – Marsha Valk.

Materials used
n*Studio Santiago Stencil 9″x12″
n*Studio Embroidery Cling Rubber Stamp Set

White ceramic tiles
Porcelain paint
Cosmetic sponge
(Washi) tape

Please note that though some of the materials were given to me, I will not benefit from any sales generated by the links!

StencilGirl® Products | Guest Designer

Marsha Valk | StencilGirl Products: Accordion FoldI’m super honoured and excited to tell you that StencilGirl® Products has invited me to guest post on their blog!

As you know, I use the stencils Nathalie Kalbach designed for StencilGirl® all the time, and I’m a big fan of the product as well as the designs!

StencilGirl® Products has a huge team of artists working with them, and there is an extensive collection of fab StencilGirl® designs available.

I got to pick three new (to me) stencils to play with for my guest post.

It was super hard, but I seriously love the ones I chose, and they go really well with the Nathalie Kalbach designs I already had!

Want to see which ones I picked? Click on the photo to go to the corresponding blog post on StencilGirl® Talk!

Enjoy your day!
